Karen is the cook at the LATI Children's Educare Center. She lives in Watertown and her husband Mike works for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. They have three adult daughters and together they enjoy camping, fishing, and family time.
Patty graduated from the Child Development program at LATI and was a licensed child day care in-home provider prior to working at LATI. She has been employed at the Children's Educare Center since 1995. She is currently working in the infant room. Patty is married and has four children.
Kristi is the Director at the LATI Children's Educare Center. She is a graduate of LATI's Child Development program and has been employed at LATI Children's Educare Center since 1991. She works with the toddler age group. Kristi enjoys camping with her husband and son.
Denise has worked for several years in child care. Her first experience after receiving her Child Care degree from LATI was working as a teacher with three-year-old children in Westminster, CA. Following that, she worked at Sioux Valley Hospital's Child Care Center in Sioux Falls, SD, as a supervisor and head teacher. She moved to Watertown in 1992 and started working at LATI's Children's Educare Center. Denise and her husband have one son.
Audrey works at the LATI Children's Educare Center in the toddler/preschool room. She graduated from the Child Development program at LATI and began working at the Educare Center when it opened in 1991. Audrey enjoys walking, biking, and gardening. Audrey has one daughter and two stepsons. Her husband is Pete Rohde.
Debra is a teacher at the LATI Children's Educare Center. After graduating from high school, she went to the Twin Cities to school and lived there for a number of years. She moved to Watertown in 1999 and has been employed at the Educare Center since August of 2000.
Sheila started working at Educare Center in August of 2003. She received a degree in Early Childhood from SDSU. During her spare time she works with her husband on their dairy farm near Florence.
