Watertown, SD 57201 |
This home was built during the 2007-08 academic year a LATI second-year Building Trades Technology class under the guidance of their instructor, Randy Carl.
The Foundation sought and received participation from a wide variety of businesses and tradesmen who made donations to the construction project. “The Scholarship House” in essence is…the house the community built.

Through donations the Foundation has widened the gap between the actual cost of building the home and its selling price. All proceeds from the sale will fund current and future scholarship support for talented and deserving students attending LATI. |
