Sesay Selected “Head of the Class” at Lake Area Technical College

WATERTOWN, SD – Moses Sesay, a second-year Custom Paint & Fab student at Lake Area Technical College, has been named the Malco “Head of the Class” recipient at LATI. The Malco student recognition program honors outstanding students graduating from career education programs including Autobody Repair.
LATI Custom Paint & Fab Department Supervisor Todd Bretschneider said Sesay’s award is very deserving. “Moses’s work ethic has been evident since his first day in our program. He strives to do his best every day and is an inspiration to his peers and the CPF faculty,” he said.
As the recipient of the Malco “Head of the Class,” Sesay wins a significant Malco tool prize, congratulatory certificate, and Malco cap. Sesay will graduate from Lake Area Technical College on Friday, May 11, with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Custom Paint & Fabrication/Autobody Technician option. He has held a job throughout his college career and has secured a job in Aberdeen as a Collision Technician.
Since 2005, the Malco “Head of the Class” Recognition Program has reached out to over 45,000 students representing more than 550 technical schools, Union JATC and Industry Association career education programs across the USA and Canada.
