Meeting Room Options

Lake Area Tech offers several meeting room options to accommodate groups of all sizes, from small groups of 5-15 to large-scale conferences that require seating up to 800. We also offer the high tech equipment and technology needed to host a successful event with hybrid options to accommodate off-site participants. Catering services are also available through Lake Area Tech’s Market 65 food service. Please see details below for each of our meeting rooms. 

Student Center Level 4

Student Center Level 4 is our highest capacity meeting room option. It features a spacious, professional venue for presentations, conferences, and other large group events. Level 4 can be utilized as one large open space or it can be divided into two, three, or four sections. 

Capacity: Up to 800, lecture style
Rate: $150 – $750 Rental Rates & Catering Services
Food/Beverage: Allowed 
Equipment/Technology: Projector, Laptop, Microphones, Internet Access, Meeting Owl, Stage, Various Table & Chair Arrangements Set-Up Options

Theater Rooms

These auditorium-style rooms can be utilized as one large room or divided into two separate spaces. It is a popular location for presentations, seminars, and conference breakout sessions. 

Capacity: Up to 120
Rate: $100 – $175 Rental Rates & Catering Services
Food/Beverage: Allowed 
Equipment/Technology: Computer, Projector, Podium, White Boards, Internet Access

Standard Classrooms

These versatile rooms can be utilized in a variety of ways including training, special projects, and more.

Capacity: Up to 30
Rate: $60 – $100 Rental Rates & Catering Services
Food/Beverage: Allowed
Equipment/Technology: Computer, Projector, Podium, White Boards, Internet Access, Moveable Tables & Chairs, Meeting Owl

Computer Lab

This lab features 20 fast, high tech computers for a special project, training, or other needs. 

Capacity: Up to 20
Rate: $125 – $250 Rental Rates & Catering Services
Food/Beverage: Not Allowed 
Equipment/Technology: Computer Workstations, Projector, White Board, Internet Access

Conference Rooms

Take your next meeting off-site with one of our professional conference rooms featuring a comfortable, quiet space to gather your team. These rooms are also excellent spaces for interviews, board meetings and other small groups. 

Capacity: 8-12
Rate: $60 – $100 Rental Rates & Catering Services
Food/Beverage: Allowed 
Equipment/Technology: Laptop, TV, Executive Chairs, White Board, Internet Access, Conference Phone
