Christy Randall

Lake Area Technical College welcomed Christy to its team in August 2017 as a General Education/Computer instructor. Christy is a graduate of Florence School (1990), earned an A.A.S. Degree in Office Systems Technology from Lake Area Technical College (1991), completed a B.S. Degree in Business Education from Dakota State University in Madison, SD (1996), and earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Dakota State University (2007).

Prior to joining Lake Area Tech, Christy taught for the Florence School District from Sept 2006-August 2017 as a 7-12 computer and business instructor, taught High School Computer/Business and was the Network Administrator at Summit School District from 1997-2006. Christy has two children, Jaiden and Kylie, and one grandson, Eli.  In her free time, she loves going for walks, spending lots of time outside, and being with her family. She lives on an acreage in the Summit area.
