Louis LaSart
Louis joined the Lake Area Tech team in August 2022 as a Robotics/Electronic Systems Technology instructor. He is a Lake Area Tech alum and also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology Management from Mount Marty. Louis worked in the plastics industry from 2001 to 2008 at AcroTech Midwest and Blow Molded Specialties. In 2011, he joined DJO Global, now South Dakota Partners in Clear Lake where he went from Repair Technician to Repair and Refurb Supervisor, eventually ending up as the Production and Facilities Manager. Louis lives in Watertown and enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, and spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs.
