Tracy (Hlavacek) Buisker
Tracy joined the Lake Area Technical College team as the Foundation Executive Director in November 2017. She brings a wealth of experience as she has worked for non-profit organizations over the past 15 years. Most recently, she was the Watertown Area United Way Executive Director for nearly 13 years and prior to that, she worked for the Health Care Compliance Association & Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics in Minneapolis, MN.
Tracy is a graduate of Lake Area Technical College, earning an AAS degree in Computer Programming. She also graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Arts and Science.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and watching them at their various activities. She is active in the community and likes to volunteer for other organizations. Her hobbies include running. To date, she has completed several 5ks, 10ks, a few half marathons, and a Ragnar Relay Race.
