Lake Area Technical College Electronic Transcripts

At some point in your career, you may need to provide official transcripts to a potential employer. Transcripts provide important academic details such as coursework, grades, credit hours, GPA, and degrees earned.

You can easily request transcripts to be mailed for $15.00 plus postage or sent electronically to the recipient for $15.00.

Please note, official transcripts must be sent directly from the college. We are unable to accept transcripts from students.

Requests are processed in the order they are received and typically take about three to five business days. Please note, additional time may be needed for students who attended before 1997.

Parchment Notifications

We accept payment via major credit or debit cards. Your card won’t be charged until the transcript is sent. If you’re using a debit card, be aware that a pre-authorization hold may occur. If you have questions about this, your bank will be able to help.
