Advanced Manufacturing & Safety Training
Lake Area Tech’s Corporate Ed division provides local and regional manufacturers training for both new and current employees. For new employees, we can coordinate short-term basic skill set training and for current employees, we can coordinate advanced manufacturing and safety training. Both avenues assist in increasing business production capabilities by upskilling your employees.
We have worked with manufacturers in areas including electronics, welding, robotics, and torque certification. Some of our most popular offerings include:
OSHA 30
The OSHA 30-hour General Industry course is designed to educate workers on workplace and job site safety. Those who successfully complete this training will become familiar with recognizing, avoiding, preventing, and stopping potential job site hazards. An OSHA 30 card in General Industry will be issued upon completion of this class.
