Field Service Technician

At EnviTec Biogas Service LLC, USA our Service Technicians will work with perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on site at our client’s Biogas Facilities that have been bult by EnviTec. We provide 24/7 technical support for troubleshooting, and enrollment in our maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

Technical Service and Maintenance on electronic (PLC/HMI) and mechanical spare parts or components in the field.
Problem solving mentality – troubleshooting, diagnosis and evaluation/how to repair
Technical support during commissioning of new Biogas Plants
Customer support / part of the hotline team 24/7
Customer training
Organize and execute preventative maintenance services across multiple sites
Support to organizing of local warehouse (together with technical back office)
Support to order of spare parts & technicians (together with technical back office)
Support Biological Service (support from Germany)
Drive a company van to customer locations for service calls.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Must be available to work nights and weekends as scheduled in case of emergencies or unexpected maintenances.
