Farm Agronomist

Open to an intern leading to a full time opportunity or full time to start out with.   

Field scouting and reporting on all pertinent seasonal cropping issues such as fertility, soil moisture, plant health, weed and disease pests, crop maturity/harvestability.  

Monitoring planting and harvest equipment operations.

Soil and tissue testing.   

Operating soil testing equipment.   

Setting up and conducting field trials of new products, equipment and techniques. 

Manage and analyze yield data working with yield mapping software.  

Create variable rate fertility and seeding application prescriptions.
