Public Ribbon Cutting Scheduled for Lake Area Tech Diesel Addition

WATERTOWN, SD – The public is invited to the grand opening and ribbon cutting for the recently completed Diesel Technology Addition on the campus of Lake Area Technical College on Thursday, October 26, at 10:00 a.m. The 18,000 square-foot Ace A. Brandt Diesel Center houses the Diesel Technology TechKnowledge program and offers expanded lab and classroom space for the Lake Area Tech Diesel Technology program.
Tours of the new addition will be offered during the event and light refreshments will be served. The addition is located on the south side of campus on 11th Street Northeast. Parking will be available in The Lab parking lot, directly west of the Diesel Tech building. The celebration is sponsored by Lake Area Technical College and Brandt Holdings Co. Deere Division.
